The Motor City Hit Dogs have been the leader of youth baseball in the Midwest for over 16 years. We are recognized by Perfect Game, USSSA, Nations, and TBR as one of the top 5 programs in the country. We train to develop, emphasizing skill, technique, and a competitive environment that builds character, focus, and commitment.

The foundation is built at the youth level where fundamentals, skill, mentality, athletic ability, and are emphasized with the Hit Dog name and tradition.

Our organization plans on fielding two highly competitive teams at each age group for the 2023 season. We work and train together all off season, supporting, competing, and developing together as Hit Dogs. Our tryouts will mirror our philosophy and team practices and will be a clinic style format based on the details and fundamentals while still providing a solid evaluation and feedback for each individual player.

Although we are known for our success on the field, we as coaches are supportive, caring, and encouraging. We focus on developing players at all levels and share the common goal of pushing our players to be the best teammates and players they can be. Effort, energy, and attitude builds confidence and leads to player growth. We play and compete against the best competition locally and nationally.
